WHO DO WE SAY JESUS IS?
Moved with pity, Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him, and said to him, "I do choose. Be made clean!" Immediately the leprosy left him...Mark 1:41-42. This week-end you had the opportunity to choose to support the CRC, Child Rescue Centre, mission through the Chocolate Festival, to choose to provide safety and hope to nearly 250 children rescued from desperate situations in Sierre Leone. On February 26, you will have the opportunity to choose to pray for Andrea Board as we commission her for mission, representing BSUMC at the CRC in March. We celebrate with you and your choices to support the youth in their many missions at the upcoming silent auction and turkey dinner. Isn't it a blessing that we have these choices and not the choices of the people we serve?

CHILDREN’S CHOIR NEEDS 3 - 4ft. step ladders. If you have one to loan, please contact Judy Connelly at 667-3366 or judybconnelly@msn.com.

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, Faith Relations Committee, is looking for representatives from among the religious communities to help lead/organize events and involvement of people of faith in Habitat Projects. We are also looking to involve more people as volunteers to help in current Habitat projects. We are also looking to sponsor an interfaith build with fund raising by the communities in 2012 and the build happening in 2013. We meet the first Thursday of every month beginning Feb. 2 from 8am to 9am currently at Christ Church. If you feel the call to serve the church as our coordinator, please contact Sara Pugh (sara.e.pugh@gmail.com) and she'll get you in touch with the right people.

FEBRUARY NEWSLETTER, The Steeple, is available in the Greetorium. Pick up your copy today, or click here for the online version!
